Today, Voltrio/TriState Armature is laser-focused on the motor business: motor repair, field services, and the distribution of motors and motor parts. This is not the end of our motor business—it is a renewed commitment to it. We are excited to build on our century-long foundation and continue serving customers who rely on us to keep their motors running.
Voltrio/TriState Armature Electric Company continues to provide motor repair, field services, and the distribution of motors and motor parts. Our motor business remains active and is not closing. The changes to our construction and electrical distribution operations described below do not affect the continuation of this line of business. Motors and motor services are now our exclusive focus, and we look forward to continuing to serve our customers in these areas.
Our construction operations have ceased. We remain committed to fulfilling our obligations to our current customers and are working diligently to close out all open projects with care and attention to their needs.
Our Distribution business is being refocused exclusively on motors and motor-related components, as described in the Motor Business section. As part of this transition, we are exiting the stocking and sale of construction-related inventory.
